Inspection & Preparation
We begin with a detailed inspection of your existing concrete surface to identify cracks, oil stains, or moisture issues that could affect adhesion. Next, our team performs industrial-grade diamond grinding to remove old coatings and open the concrete’s pores, creating the perfect surface profile for epoxy bonding.
Repairs & Priming
Once the surface is cleaned and profiled, we repair all cracks, divots, and damaged joints using specialised epoxy mortars. Then, a high-performance moisture barrier primer is applied to seal the slab and promote chemical adhesion between the concrete and epoxy system.
Epoxy Base Coat & Flake Application
